1. The FreeDOM Scheduler (Figure 1) - You may set your appointment intervals to the intervals used by your practice. In Figure 1, you can also see a patient appointment scheduled (Agnes Johnson, 10:15 a.m., with Dr. Fullerton), and the custom color coded appointment type times (Surgery, New Patients, etc.)

2. Appointment Editor (Figure 2) - The Appointment Editor is where appointments are made or modified. In Figure 2, you can see the appointment reason, start and end times for the appointment, patient, provider, scheduling notes, and you can even attach an authorization and/or referral that automatically transfers to the encounter record.

3. Patient Recall (Figure 3) - Add your patients to Recall and simply run a Recall Report to get all due patients scheduled for their next appointment.
