These claim reports are designed to help you work your claims (click on
any link for more information about that specific report):
Rejected Claims Report
Claim Remittance Report (Paper Format
Option 1)
Remittance Posting Report
(Paper Format Option 2)
The procedure for creating any one of these reports is exactly the same,
as follows:
1. Select the desired report from the Administrative
Menu (Figure 1).

2. The Reports Dialog is displayed
(Figure 2). The HDS Client ID will be automatically populated with your
Client ID (not shown in Figure 2).
Note - The Rejected Claims Report (only)
has additional "Group by" and "Sort by" parameters
not shown in Figure 2.

3. Select a Reported Status (Figure
3) - select from Unreported, Reported, or Both, defined as follows:
| Unreported
- any previously-unreported information from the selected receiver
between the start/end dates (i.e., anything you haven't already
seen). Generally, after you create a report, you don't want to see
the same information contained in the last report. For this reason,
the Mark As Reported checkbox is checked by default, so that after
a report is generated, the next report (with "Unreported"
selected as the status) will not display information you've already
seen, unless you unchecked the "Mark As Reported" checkbox.
Reported - select "Reported"
on the occasions when you do want to create a report that contains
certain information (as defined by Receiver and Start/End Date selections)
that has been previously reported.
Both - creates a report containing
Unreported and Reported information. |

4. Select a Receiver (Figure
4) - the Receiver is the entity which received your claims. Select from
the dropdown menu.

5. Finally, select a Start Date and End Date for the
report and click OK. FreeDOM then generates the report. When the report
is complete, it is automatically displayed in the Reports Viewer.
