You may produce a sheet of Chart Labels,
or a single Chart Label.
1. Right-click on a patient record. Select Reports > Chart Labels (Single) from the popup menu (Figure 1).

2. The Chart Label Single report is generated, showing the patient name, gender, MRN, and provider on each label (Figure 2).

Printing Single-Label Reports
All single label reports (Address Label, Chart Label Single, and Lab Label) can be printed in portrait or landscape mode. The default mode is landscape (horizontal), but you may set your preferred orientation for single label printing in FreeDOM Properties (File Menu > Properties). See Figure 3.
Note - if you previously printed lab labels in Portrait orientation (vertical), you will need to change the orientation setting to "Portrait" in FreeDOM Properties.
