Individual Itemized Statement Report  


The Itemized Statement Report is specific to an individual, not an overall practice report. Among other information, the report includes posting dates, procedure codes/descriptions, diagnosis codes, debits and credits.

Create an Itemized Statement Report

1. In the Patients Folder, perform a lookup and select a patient. Right-click the patient record and select Reports > Itemized Statement from the popup menu (Figure 1).

2. The Report Date Range Dialog is displayed (Figure 2). Enter a date range for the Itemized Statement report. Check the "Show Comments" checkbox if you would like to include Journal comments in the report. Click Save.

3. The Itemized Statement Report is usually generated within seconds. When complete, it is automatically displayed in the Report Viewer (Figure 3).

Journal Comments are also displayed (Figure 4) if the "Show Comments" checkbox was checked in the Parameters Dialog.

4. The last page of the Itemized Statement Report displays a balance summary (Figure 5).
