1. In the Reports Editor, select:
Parameters displayed are the default parameters. Click Save.
2. Study the Outstanding Credits Report in Figure 2 (this example did not include Journal Detail). The report shows you the guarantor account (name), the total credit balance, followed by the private balance and insurance balance.

| Figure 2 - Outstanding Credits Report 3. Let's look at another example with more detail. In Figure 3, the "Include Positive Accounts" and "Show Journal Detail" parameters are enabled. You are already familiar with the "Show Journal Detail" function. Click Save.
4. Study Figure 4. Because the "Include Positive Accounts" parameter was enabled, we can see an account (Frances Barbour) where there is a $0 balance, but the account contains an oustanding credit of $75.

| Figure 4 5. When we look at Mrs. Barbour's Journal, we can see a $75 charge, and a $75 payment, but they are not linked (Figure 5). If they were linked, they would be resolved upon the next Journal Close and the credit would no longer appear in the Outstanding Credits Report.
