Patient Recall  


The Patient Folder > Recall section is where you may compile your Recall List for future scheduling. There is a corresponding Recall Report for this feature.

1. Open a Patient Folder and select the Recall section (Figure 1). Click "New."

2. Enter data in the Recall Editor (Figure 2). There are no particular rules that govern Recall; you can basically use this feature however you want. As a guideline, set the Recall Date to the month/year when the patient should be contacted to schedule their next appointment. "Status" definitions are as follows:

Pending - The patient should be notified that they are due for a visit.

Notified - The patient has been notified that they are due for a visit.

Scheduled - The patient has been scheduled for their next visit.

Run a Patient Recall Report

1. Open the Reports Folder. Select Report Category "Scheduling," and Report "Recall List" (Figure 4). Enter the preferred parameters and click Save.
