The Diagnosis Analysis Report provides analysis of diagnoses including patient and provider information, multiple grouping options, diagnosis totals and overall percentages of total diagnoses for the group that you are reporting on (as defined by the set parameters for the report). Example: ICD Code 007.0 in Figure 1 represents 36.36% of the total diagnoses contained within this particular report (Figure 1 shows only a portion of the overall report).
