Individual Reports

Individual reports are initiated from the right-click popup menu in folders other than the Reports Folder (see Figure 1).

Practice-Wide Reports

Practice Reports are categorized in three groups: Accounting, Management, and Scheduling:


Accounting Reports

Accounts Receivable
A report of all receivables. This report shows balances of all unresolved transactions in the journal. The Accounts Receivable Report is beneficial when attempting to determine monies owed to the practice.

Claim Detail Summary
This is an insurance analysis report that displays the amounts recorded during claim EOB posting (charged, allowed, paid, charged-off, etc.).

Deposit Summary
The Deposit Summary Report is a journal of payments for the specified deposit date range. Compare this report to your daily deposit slips.

Journal Activity
This report shows all financial activity to patient accounts for the specified date range and is useful as a daily balancing and/or monthly totals report.

Journal Summary
The Journal Summary Report shows charges, payments and adjustments for providers by month/year.

Outstanding Credits Report - This report allows you to easily identify accounts with outstanding credits that may require a refund, as well as identifying accounts that are not yet Resolved, but are ready to be Resolved in the Journal.

Outstanding Insurance
A list of outstanding transactions in the journal that are split to a payer with the aging based on the posting date. This report is an excellent tool for following up on outstanding insurance transactions.

Past Due
This report identifies patients with past due account balances. You may specify the desired Minimum Days Old and Minimum Balance Amount for working past due accounts.


Management Reports

Diagnosis Analysis
This report provides analysis of diagnoses including patient and provider information, multiple grouping options, diagnosis totals and overall percentages.

Diagnosis Codes List
Report is a complete list of diagnosis codes and code names used by your practice.

Encounter Forms (Batch)
View and print encounter forms for all patients scheduled for a specific date. For more information, see Help topic Batch Encounter Forms.

Obstetrics List Report
The Obstetrics List Report simply produces OB data analysis grouped and/or sorted to your preferences.

Patient Address Labels
This report produces (batch) patient address labels for a given provider, practice, etc.

Patients List
A complete patient list which can be generated with or without patient detail. With Patient Detail the report displays Patient Name, Social Security Number, Medical Record Number, date of birth, sex, phone number, provider and service facility.

Payer Mix
This report produces a subscriber list for each payer.

Procedure Analysis
This report displays percentages on the unit count and amount of services.

Procedure Codes List
Report includes procedure codes and descriptions, modifiers, service category, service type and unit count.

Referrals
This report displays a history of incoming/outgoing referrals from one or more providers to another.

Service Fees List
Report includes procedure codes and descriptions, modifiers, fees, service categories and revenue codes.


Scheduling Reports

Appointment Summary
Report displays a list of appointments scheduled within a specified date range. This report may be grouped by provider, location, or appointment date. The ability to group by provider or location is valuable to practices with multiple providers and/or multiple locations.

Patient Recall
The Patient Recall Report lists all relevant data with regard to contacting patients and scheduling their next appointment.
