Downloading, installing, and using the FreeDOM program is absolutely free for all healthcare providers. There is no purchase price, no software license fee, no maintenance fees, and no software update fees. If you don't like using FreeDOM, you can stop using it any time you choose, no strings attached.
After the initial 60 days from your enrollment, your practice is required to spend a minimum of $100 per month from the menu of optional services. The minimum fee increases $50/month per additional provider if you have more than two providers.
