Optional Services

Choose any of the following services that best help you meet the required monthly minimum of $100. For practices with more than two providers, the minimum fee increases $50/month per additional provider (e.g., $150 for three providers). Monthly minimum restrictions apply to ePrescription and QuickBooks optional services (see below).

1. Claims Generation and Formatting

FreeDOM is designed to send all electronic claims exclusively through the HDS Clearinghouse. The HDS Clearinghouse will automatically forward claims electronically to major, government, and commercial payers. For those claims not sent to the clearinghouse, you will be able to easily print paper claims in your office or you can use the HDS Print and Mail Services.

Electronic Claims: 50 cents per claim
Provider Printed Paper Claims: 50 cents per claim

2. Automatic Remittance (EOB) Posting

With Auto-Posting, 835 Remittances can be posted in a fraction of the time it takes staff to manually post.

3. Insurance Eligibility

Get eligibility verification in real time upon patient registration.

Cost for Eligibility: $35 per provider per month, for up to 150 transactions. 25 cents per transaction over 150.

4. Patient Statement Print and Mail Services

While you can print individual claims and walkout statements, all monthly statements generated by FreeDOM are designed to go through HDS Print & Mail Services. Pricing is as follows:

5. ePrescriptions*


Cost for ePrescriptions: $900 per provider/per year

* For ePrescriptions, the first payment of $450 does not apply to the $100 monthly minimum. The $450 balance may be paid in 12 monthly installments of $39.50 and will apply to the $100 monthly minimum.

Intelligent Coding. Reduce claim rejection by making sure your encounters are coded correctly.

7. QuickBooks*

FreeDOM integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks! Transfer FreeDOM accounting entries to QuickBooks automatically or on demand.

8. Support Plans

We understand that getting started with a new medical office system can be a daunting task, even with great help tools. When you sign on with FreeDOM, you get unlimited phone support for your first 90 days ABSOLUTELY FREE. You may call and speak with a member of our outstanding support team regarding any questions you may have.

After your initial 90 days, you then have the option to continue phone support with one of these phone support plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold are on a per year basis).

Bronze Support – includes 10 support calls $300
Silver Support – includes 25 support calls $500
Gold Support – includes unlimited calls $1,500
