After your initial 60-day trial period, you must meet a monthly minimum of $99 per month, which includes your choice of optional services up to a $99 value. If you surpass the $100 minimum,

EXAMPLE 1: CLEARINGHOUSE SERVICES

Submit 200 claims X 50 cents per claim = $100 - MINIMUM MET.

Submit 300 claims X 50 cents per claim = $150, etc.

 

EXAMPLE 2: STATEMENT PRINT & MAIL SERVICES

Print & Mail 106 statements X 94 cents
50 cents per statement plus first class postage (currently 44 cents) = $99.64 - MINIMUM MET.

Insurance Eligibility Verification - $35 per provider per month, for up to 150 transactions. 25 cents per transaction over 150.

Auto-Posting - 35 cents per claim

CodeCorrect - $30 per provider per month
